Job Description

As a Sales and Business Development professional, your role will involve identifying, qualifying, and developing new business opportunities within the capital markets and investment sales sectors. You will build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), and other key stakeholders. Additionally, advising clients on investment opportunities, structuring investment deals, and collaborating with senior management to develop tailored investment strategies and solutions for clients will be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within the capital markets and investment sales sectors. - Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, HNWIs, and other key stakeholders. - Advise clients on investment opportunities and assist in structuring investment deals. - Collaborate with senior management to develop tailored investment strategies and solutions for clients. In addition to sales and business development, you will be responsible for market research and analysis. This includes monitoring and analyzing capital markets, trends, and investment opportunities, conducting comprehensive market research to identify potential deals, acquisitions, and sales opportunities, and providing clients with timely updates on market conditions, forecasts, and potential risks. Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in transaction support by assisting in preparing pitch materials, presentations, and investment reports, coordinating due diligence, financial modeling, and documentation required for investment transactions, and working closely with legal, compliance, and other internal teams to ensure smooth transaction execution. Client Relationship Management is another key aspect of your role. You will act as a key point of contact for clients, offering tailored advice and maintaining long-term relationships. Additionally, attending client meetings, conferences, and industry events to represent the firm and expand business opportunities will be part of your responsibilities. Key Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CAIA) is a plus. - 2-9 years of experience in capital markets, investment sales, or a related field. - Strong understanding of financial products, market trends, and investment strategies. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships with clients at all levels. - Proficiency in financial modeling, analysis, and reporting. - Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.,
