Job Description: As an Audit Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with auditing and accounting standards. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct audit planning, execution, and finalization effectively. - Stay updated on the latest accounting and auditing standards. - Ensure compliance with audit methodology in all assignments. - Collaborate with the Audit practice to deliver Statutory Audit/Indian GAAP/US GAAP accounting services for clients. - Manage statutory compliance under various laws such as the income tax act and sales tax. - Contribute to knowledge databases through regular submissions and postings. - Delegate tasks to interns when appropriate and review their work. - Monitor time and costs continuously during assignments. - Establish and cultivate strong relationships with clients, adapting to different work environments as needed. Qualifications Required: - Strong knowledge of auditing and accounting standards. - Previous experience in handling statutory audit assignments. - Ability to lead and motivate subordinates. - Excellent presentation and English communication skills. - Proven track record of being a team player with a proactive and result-oriented approach.,
