Ticketing & Packaging Executive

We are looking for a Ticketing & Packaging Executive with hands-on experience in the tour and travel industry. The ideal candidate should be well-versed with IATA-approved processes, tour packaging, and commonly used tour & travel software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle domestic and international ticket bookings through travel portals and GDS systems.
• Design and prepare customized tour packages as per client requirements.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners for smooth operations.
• Provide accurate itineraries, quotations, and support to clients.
• Ensure proper documentation and follow travel guidelines (including IATA standards).
• Manage bookings, cancellations, amendments, and refunds efficiently.
• Maintain and update records using tour and travel management software.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in ticketing and tour packaging.
• Knowledge of IATA rules and travel documentation is preferred.
• Familiarity with GDS / travel booking software (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, etc.).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple bookings simultaneously.
