Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Ticketing Executives located in Pune. The Ticketing Executive will be responsible for managing ticket bookings, processing travel documents, providing customer support, and handling cancellations or modifications. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with clients on travel options, issuing tickets, ensuring compliance with travel regulations, maintaining updated records, and coordinating with airlines or service providers as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing ticket bookings, issuing tickets, and processing travel documents (Any GDS) Sabre Preferred
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to provide support and handle modifications or cancellations
• Knowledge of travel regulations and compliance requirements
• Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities
• Proficiency in using travel software and systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently
• Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field preferred
