Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for Ticketing Executives located in Pune. The Ticketing Executive will be responsible for managing ticket bookings, processing travel documents, providing customer support, and handling cancellations or modifications. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with clients on travel options, issuing tickets, ensuring compliance with travel regulations, maintaining updated records, and coordinating with airlines or service providers as needed. Qualifications Experience in managing ticket bookings, issuing tickets, and processing travel documents (Any GDS) Sabre Preferred Excellent customer service skills with the ability to provide support and handle modifications or cancellations Knowledge of travel regulations and compliance requirements Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities Proficiency in using travel software and systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field preferred
