Key Responsibilities: Handle reservations, bookings, reissuance, and cancellations for domestic and international flights Use GDS tools like Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre for booking and fare calculations Provide clients with the best available routing and pricing options Ensure timely issuance and delivery of travel documents and e-tickets Coordinate with airlines, travel partners, and internal teams for smooth service delivery Resolve ticketing and travel-related queries through email, phone, or chat Assist in visa documentation support if required Stay updated with airline fare rules, promotions, and travel advisories Maintain proper records of bookings and client communication Ensure 100% accuracy and compliance with company ticketing policies Requirements Skills & Competencies: Proficient in GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) Good knowledge of airline fare rules, classes, and sectors Strong customer service and communication skills Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic understanding of travel regulations and visa requirements Ability to handle urgent and last-minute bookings with professionalism Preferred Background: 235 years of ticketing experience in a travel agency, tour operator, or airline Prior experience in both domestic and international ticketing IATA or relevant travel certification preferred Benefits Employee Benefits: Includes EPF, ESI, Mediclaim Insurance, Paid Leave, and Holidays as per company policy
