Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and support

  TIBCO BusinessWorks 5.x and 6.x

  on

  Linux platforms

  .
• Design, develop, and maintain integration services using

  TIBCO BusinessWorks

  .
• Manage and troubleshoot

  Linux-based environments

  , ensuring high availability and performance.
• Develop and maintain

  shell scripts

  for automation, monitoring, and deployment tasks.
• Integrate CI/CD pipelines using

  Jenkins and/or Azure DevOps (ADO)

  .
• Configure, administer, and support

  TIBCO EMS

  for messaging and event-driven architectures.
• Work with

  TIBCO ActiveSpaces

  for in-memory data grid solutions.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve production issues effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable integration solutions.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong expertise in

  TIBCO BusinessWorks 5.x / 6.x installation and configuration

  on Linux.
• In-depth knowledge of

  Linux OS

  , including system administration and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in

  Shell scripting (Bash/Ksh)

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  Jenkins and/or Azure DevOps (ADO)

  for CI/CD.
• Solid experience with

  TIBCO EMS

  and

  TIBCO ActiveSpaces

  .
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  

Good to Have

• Experience with TIBCO Hawk, Admin, and monitoring tools.
• Knowledge of containerization or cloud-based deployments.
• Exposure to performance tuning and capacity planning.
