Technical Product Manager with Adobe Commerce

We are looking for a Product Manager with strong, hands-on experience in Adobe Commerce (Magento). Candidates without this specific experience will not be considered for the role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and drive the product roadmap for Adobe Commerce-based platforms, ensuring scalability, performance, and business alignment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, and sales) to define product features and technical requirements.
• Lead the development and continuous improvement of eCommerce functionalities, including product catalog, checkout, integrations, and performance optimization.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories, product specs, and success metrics.
• Ensure seamless third-party integrations (payment gateways, ERP, CRM, etc.) with Adobe Commerce.
• Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and QA coordination in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Provide proactive support and solutioning aligned to US client expectations and time zone.
• Stay current with Adobe Commerce updates, best practices, and emerging trends in the eCommerce domain.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in eCommerce platforms.
• Strong expertise in

  Adobe Commerce (Magento)

  including architecture, modules, APIs, and customizations.
• Demonstrated experience managing technical products or platforms with complex integrations.
• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, performance tuning, and eCommerce conversion strategies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working remotely with distributed teams.

• Must be available to support US business hours (EST/PST).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Adobe Commerce certification (e.g., Adobe Certified Expert Adobe Commerce Business Practitioner).
• Prior experience in B2B/B2C eCommerce ecosystems.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and CI/CD workflows.
• Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
