Technical Product Manager with Dynamic 365

We are looking for a Product Manager with strong, hands-on experience in My Dynamics 365. Candidates without this specific experience will not be considered for the role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the product lifecycle for Dynamic 365-based solutions, including planning, development, and release.
• Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, working closely with engineering, sales, and support teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical product features and enhancements.
• Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) on Dynamic 360 configurations, customizations, and integrations.
• Define user stories, product roadmaps, and timelines aligned with business objectives.
• Ensure product alignment with regulatory and compliance standards.
• Communicate product updates and technical concepts clearly across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Provide technical support and guidance during US time zone hours to ensure smooth operations and implementation.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Product Management or related roles.
• Proven expertise in

  Dynamic 365

  including configuration, customization, and administration.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software development, data integration, and SaaS platforms.
• Excellent project management skills and experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Exceptional communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote setup.
• Willingness and availability to work during

  US business hours

  (EST or PST).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with US-based clients or distributed global teams.
• Background in HRTech or enterprise workflow automation tools.
• Technical degree or certifications relevant to product management or Dynamic 360 platforms.
