Job Title:

Senior TIBCO BusinessWorks Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and develop new features and enhancements using TIBCO BusinessWorks 5.x.
  
• Provide production support, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis of critical issues impacting business operations.
  
• Independently resolve complex integration problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  
• Develop and maintain RESTful and SOAP web services based on SOA architecture.
  
• Work with TIBCO EMS messaging, administration, and relevant plug-ins such as SWIFT, Copybook, File System, and Database.
  
• Collaborate effectively within Agile and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality integration solutions.
  
• Manage deployment, release processes, and change management activities related to integration components.
  
• Investigate integration issues and provide timely and effective resolutions.
  

Essential Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with

  TIBCO BusinessWorks 5.x

  .
• Expertise in

  TIBCO EMS messaging

  and TIBCO administration concepts.
• Proficiency in TIBCO plug-ins including

  SWIFT, Copybook, File System, and Database

  .
• Experience in developing and consuming

  RESTful and SOAP web services

  using SOA principles.
• Solid understanding of

  XML, XSD, XSLT

  , and

  JSON

  technologies.
• Experience working in a

  Linux

  development environment.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working within

  DevOps teams

  .

Desirable Skills:

• Prior experience in Agile and DevOps environments.
  
• Strong knowledge of integration technologies, industry standards, and best practices.
  
• Ability to lead technical deliverables within a scrum team.
  
• Experience with release management, build and deployment processes, and change management.
