Role Overview

TIBCO BWCE Senior Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize

  TIBCO BWCE

  integrations with clean, modular, and reusable code.
• Build

  REST/SOAP APIs

  , message flows, event-driven integrations, and automated pipelines.
• Package and deploy BWCE applications using

  Docker images

  , Dockerfiles, and container best practices.
• Configure and manage

  BWCE deployments on Kubernetes

  (Helm, ConfigMaps, Secrets, Ingress, autoscaling, etc.).
• Troubleshoot and tune runtime performance, logs, threading, JVM settings, and container resources.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for BWCE deployments using tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab.
• Collaborate closely with architects, QA, DevOps, and business teams to deliver high-quality releases.
• Ensure adherence to secure coding practices, error handling, logging, and observability standards.
• Participate in code reviews, provide guidance to junior developers, and contribute to best practices.

Required Skills

• 6–8 years

  of TIBCO experience with strong focus on

  BWCE

  .
• Excellent coding skills in XSLT, XPath, JSON, YAML, XML.
• Hands-on experience building

  Docker images

  and working with container registries.
• Strong exposure to

  Kubernetes

  (pods, deployments, services, Helm charts, resource tuning).
• Strong understanding of

  microservices architecture

  , API gateways, and event-driven patterns.
• Expertise in debugging BWCE containers using logs, metrics, and tracing tools.
• Experience with

  REST

  &

  SOAP

  API development and integrations.

Good to Have

• MuleSoft

  exposure (API development, RAML, DataWeave).
• Java knowledge
• Experience with

  Kafka

  (producers, consumers, schema registry, partitions, offsets).
• Knowledge of

  AWS / Azure / GCP

  cloud-native services.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, ELK, Prometheus–Grafana.
