About the Role:

Are you a creative visionary with a passion for design and a knack for capturing attention? We are seeking a talented YouTube Thumbnail Designer to join our dynamic team! In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our video content through high-impact, clickable thumbnails that drive clicks and views.

Responsibilities:

• Design compelling and visually appealing thumbnails for a variety of YouTube videos that align with our brand identity and target audience.
• Collaborate with content creators and marketing teams to understand video themes and key messages, ensuring thumbnails effectively represent the content.
• Stay updated on trending YouTube design formats, current design trends, algorithms, and audience preferences to create thumbnails that maximize engagement.
• Utilize graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) to produce high-quality images and graphics.
• Understand color psychology, contrast, and click-through rate (CTR) optimization to enhance thumbnail effectiveness.
• Conduct A/B testing on thumbnail designs to analyze performance and optimize for better results.
• Maintain a consistent style and branding across all thumbnails while experimenting with new concepts and ideas.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in graphic design, specifically in creating YouTube thumbnails or similar digital content.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity, particularly in thumbnail design.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or equivalent tools.
• Understanding of color theory, typography, composition principles, and color psychology.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with YouTube trends and best practices is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
