Nirmalam SHE Dedicated to the unique needs of women, this division provides specialized counseling services, encompassing teenage support, parental guidance, pre-conception and pregnancy emotional wellness, post-partum care, and emotional well-being during menopause and geriatric stages. Job Summary: We're seeking a results-driven Thought Luminary to promote our psychological mentoring and counselling services. As a Tier-Based Sales partner, you'll earn commissions on sales, driving growth and expanding our reach. No salary is offered. No reimbursement of expenses. Key Responsibilities: Promote our psychological mentoring and counselling services to potential clients. Identify and engage with target audiences through various channels (social media, networking events, referrals). Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met. Meet and exceed sales targets to achieve tier-based incentives. Provide feedback on service offerings to improve client satisfaction. Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in sales, marketing in the area of Education (advantageous). Passion for mental wellness and personal growth. Self-motivated and results-driven. Ability to work independently.
