Job Overview You are sought to join the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) team as a Third-Party Due Diligence Analyst. Your role is crucial in managing and overseeing the vendor due diligence program to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards. Collaboration with internal stakeholders and vendors will be essential in driving effective risk management practices throughout the organization. Key Responsibilities - Support the third-party risk management program by handling daily operations, conducting due diligence activities, and ensuring timely follow-ups. - Keep track of and update the status of vendor Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) using internal tracking systems. - Maintain the TPRM tier register to accurately track and document all relevant data and records. - Perform thorough research and investigations on vendors operating across the organization. - Engage with a dynamic and geographically dispersed team of experts. Qualifications Required - Minimum of 2 years of experience in vendor risk management, TPRM, or a related field. - Proficient in third-party risk management processes and frameworks. - Strong ability to synthesize information from diverse sources to drive issue resolution. - Familiarity with vendor management systems and Google Suite, particularly Google Sheets. - Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective written and verbal communication. - Capable of managing projects effectively and collaborating within cross-functional teams.,
