Therapy Business Manager - Neuro - Mumbai

Your primary job function will involve achieving the assigned territory/geography wise sales target. You will need to carry out effective field work without direct day-to-day supervision and report the field work on a daily basis on the assigned online system. It is essential to meet the Call Average, Coverage, and Frequency coverage norms of the assigned division. One of your core responsibilities will be to generate maximum prescriptions and increase market share by promoting the Division's products as per the strategy. You will also focus on building relationships with stakeholders such as doctors, chemists, and stockists. Additionally, you will play a key role in facilitating strategy building and serving as a good brand ambassador. The ideal candidate should have a graduation degree, preferably in science/pharmacy. Prior experience in the same therapy is preferred, and candidates from MNCs and top Indian Pharma companies will have an added advantage. Effective communication skills and confidence are essential for this role.,
