Therapy Business Manager- Metabolics- Nashik

As a Medical Representative at Abbott, you will play a vital role in promoting the company's products ethically to customers. Your primary responsibility will be to achieve monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly sales targets as per the business plan. It is essential to maintain a high Doctor/Customer Call average in alignment with the customer management plan of the division. In addition to sales targets, you will be expected to organize Camps (CME) based on the division's strategy and customer needs. Furthermore, you will facilitate the successful launch of new products and ensure the creation and updating of customer lists specific to the therapy and product of the division. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring iPad adoption as per division norms and adherence to CLM calls. Brand management is a critical aspect of the role, including conducting prescription audits for Abbott brands and competitors" brands. Generating POBs for Abbott brands in line with the business plan will also be part of your responsibilities. To qualify for this position, you should have a BSc/B.Pharm or any graduate degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior experience as a Medical Representative. Candidates with experience in the same therapy and those from MNCs or top Indian Pharma companies will be given preference. Strong communication skills and confidence are essential for this role.
