You will be part of a global healthcare leader, Abbott, dedicated to enhancing people's quality of life across all life stages. Your core responsibilities will revolve around business generation and development: - You will be tasked with achieving monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly sales targets by ethically promoting the company's products as outlined in the business plan. - Organizing camps (CME) in alignment with the division's strategy and customer requirements. - Facilitating successful new product launches and maintaining an updated customer list based on therapy and product segmentation. - Ensuring adherence to CLM calls and iPad adoption as per division norms. Brand management will be a key focus area: - Conducting prescription audits for Abbott brands and competitors" brands. - Generating POBs for Abbott brands in line with the business plan. The ideal candidate will possess: - A BSc/B.Pharm or any graduate degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior experience as a Medical Representative. - Preferred experience in the same therapy field. - Candidates with backgrounds in MNCs or top Indian Pharma companies will be at an advantage. - Strong communication skills, fluency, and confidence in interactions are highly desired.,
