Job Description

As a Senior Executive in the People & Culture Operations team at Morningstar India Private Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in supporting the development and growth of talent by partnering with business leaders and global teams. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the Employee Service Center, providing consultation on policies and processes, managing daily P&C operations, updating the HR information system, identifying process-related challenges, and creating and maintaining relevant content on internal platforms. To excel in this role, you should possess an MBA or post-graduate degree in HR, have a minimum of 2-5 years of professional experience, demonstrate a passion for continuous learning and excellence, exhibit attention to detail, be proactive and approachable, and have effective communication and listening skills. Additionally, you should be proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel, and have the ability to think innovatively and drive operational efficiency.
