TGT Teacher

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate TGT English & Social Studies Teacher with exceptional English communication skills. The ideal candidate should be able to engage middle school learners through interactive, technology-integrated, and concept-based teaching that nurtures curiosity, critical thinking, and expression.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in English and Social Studies for Classes VII & VIII as per the CBSE curriculum.
• Demonstrate excellent spoken and written English in classroom communication and interactions.
• Encourage reading, writing, and analytical skills through creative and activity-based learning.
• Integrate digital tools, multimedia, and experiential strategies to enhance classroom teaching.
• Evaluate students’ progress through assignments, assessments, and projects.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that supports learning for all students.
• Coordinate with colleagues and parents to track and support student growth.
• Participate actively in academic meetings, workshops, and school events.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in English / Social Science with B.Ed. (Master’s preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of teaching experience at the middle school level (preferred).
• Exceptional English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong classroom management and student engagement skills.
• Proficiency in using technology and smart classroom tools.
• Energetic, empathetic, and committed to student-centered teaching.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
