PRT Teacher

Job Summary:

DLF World School is looking for a committed and enthusiastic Primary Teacher (PRT) to nurture and educate young learners in a joyful, engaging, and technology-enabled environment. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong subject knowledge, and a creative approach to classroom teaching that encourages holistic development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver interactive and age-appropriate lessons for Classes I–V in accordance with the school’s curriculum framework.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that promotes curiosity and confidence.
• Integrate activity-based and experiential learning methodologies in daily teaching.
• Use technology tools effectively to enhance learning and engagement.
• Evaluate and monitor student progress through assessments, classwork, and projects.
• Collaborate with peers, coordinators, and parents for the overall growth of students.
• Participate in school events, assemblies, and co-curricular activities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline with B.Ed. / D.El.Ed. (Primary Education).
• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience in a recognized school (preferred).
• Excellent English communication skills and classroom management abilities.
• Passion for teaching young learners with empathy, creativity, and patience.
• Proficiency in digital tools and online learning platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
