Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and passionate TGT Social Science teacher to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social sciences, a passion for teaching, and the ability to make history, geography, and civics engaging and relevant for students. As a TGT Social Science teacher, you will inspire students to explore the complexities of human society and develop critical thinking skills. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver comprehensive Social Science lessons for middle school students in accordance with the CBSE curriculum. Use a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles and make complex topics accessible. Encourage students to critically analyze historical events, geographical phenomena, and social structures. Assess and evaluate student progress through regular assignments, tests, and interactive discussions. Promote an understanding of civic responsibility and global awareness among students. Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects and enhance the learning experience. Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development opportunities. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Social Science, History, Geography, or a related field from a recognized university. B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) or equivalent teaching certification. Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a reputed school, preferably with CBSE curriculum experience. Strong communication and organizational skills.
