Job Summary

The Mathematics Teacher is responsible for delivering effective and engaging math instruction to students, ensuring strong subject knowledge, fostering analytical thinking, and supporting overall academic growth. The teacher will plan lessons, evaluate student progress, and maintain a positive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver daily mathematics lessons as per syllabus guidelines.
• Teach concepts across various levels such as Arithmetic, Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, and Statistics.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and classroom activities.
• Assess and evaluate students through class tests, assignments, and examinations.
• Provide additional academic support to students who need extra help.
• Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a safe and motivating learning environment.
• Record and report student progress to parents and school authorities.
• Participate in academic meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
• Prepare students for competitive exams or school-based assessments.
• Encourage logical reasoning, problem-solving skills, and mathematical thinking.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics / B.Sc. Maths / B.Ed. (preferred).
• Strong mathematical knowledge and teaching skills.
• Good communication and classroom management abilities.
• Ability to use teaching aids and technology for classroom instruction.
• Patience, creativity, and passion for teaching students.

Experience

• Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience (freshers with strong subject knowledge may also apply).

Working Conditions

• Full-time, on-campus role.
• Should be available for school events, parent meetings, and academic activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
