Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons aligned with the prescribed curriculum.
• Teach grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, writing skills, and literature.
• Develop lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs and styles.
• Assess and evaluate students’ progress through assignments, tests, and projects.
• Encourage students to participate in debates, elocution, and literary activities.
• Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
• Integrate technology and innovative teaching methods to enhance learning.
• Prepare students for board examinations and other academic assessments.
• Collaborate with colleagues for curriculum development and extracurricular programs.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and concerns.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in English or related field (mandatory).
• B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification (mandatory).
• Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience at middle/secondary level preferred.
• Strong command of English language and literature.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to use digital tools and e-learning platforms.

Pay: ₹10,407.97 - ₹36,698.44 per month
