Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

MA (English) with B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of teaching experience as an English Teacher (preferably at Primary or Middle School level).
Key Skills:
Strong command over written and spoken English.
Excellent classroom management and lesson delivery skills.
Ability to design creative teaching methods that make learning engaging.

Key Responsibilities

Teach core language skills—reading, writing, grammar, literature, and communication—in a creative and interactive manner.
Develop lesson plans and teaching materials aligned with the prescribed curriculum and school standards.
Assess and evaluate students’ progress through classwork, assignments, tests,
Integrate technology and modern teaching aids into classroom instruction for effective learning.
Encourage participation in co-curricular activities like debates, dramatics, elocution, essay competitions, etc.
