TGT English Teacher

We are looking for a passionate, dynamic, and dedicated Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) in English to join our institution. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills—especially in writing—and a proven ability to engage and inspire young learners. Candidates with a good academic record and prior teaching experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach core language skills—reading, writing, grammar, literature, and communication—in a creative and interactive manner.
• Develop lesson plans and teaching materials aligned with the prescribed curriculum and school standards.
• Foster a positive classroom environment that promotes learning, discipline, curiosity, and creativity.
• Assess and evaluate students’ progress through classwork, assignments, tests, and examinations.
• Provide constructive feedback and support to help students improve their academic performance and confidence in English.
• Integrate technology and modern teaching aids into classroom instruction for effective learning.
• Encourage participation in co-curricular activities like debates, dramatics, elocution, essay competitions, etc.

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

• Educational Qualification:
• MA (English) with B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory.
• Experience:
• Minimum 3 years of teaching experience as an English Teacher (preferably at Primary or Middle School level).
• Key Skills:
• Strong command over written and spoken English.
• Excellent classroom management and lesson delivery skills.
• Ability to design creative teaching methods that make learning engaging.
