PGT Accountancy

Role Summary:

The PGT – Business Studies & Accounts will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction to senior secondary students (Classes XI & XII) in accordance with CBSE curriculum, fostering conceptual understanding, and preparing students for board examinations and competitive assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in Business Studies and Accountancy as per CBSE guidelines.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching aids, and assessment tools to enhance learning outcomes.
• Conduct formative and summative assessments, evaluate student performance, and provide constructive feedback.
• Integrate technology and innovative teaching methodologies in classroom instruction.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
• Organize academic activities such as projects, case studies, and business simulations.
• Collaborate with colleagues for curriculum development and co-curricular activities.
• Ensure compliance with school policies and CBSE norms.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Educational Qualification:
• Master’s Degree in Commerce / Business Administration from a recognized university.
• B.Ed. (mandatory as per CBSE norms).
• Experience:
• Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience at senior secondary level (CBSE preferred).

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong subject knowledge in Business Studies and Accountancy.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to use digital tools and e-learning platforms effectively.
• Student-centric approach with problem-solving and mentoring capabilities.

• As per school norms and candidate’s experience.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
