Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Textile Specialist. The Textile Specialist will be responsible for overseeing quality control, managing embroidery and dyeing processes, and contributing to textile development projects. The role involves ensuring the production processes align with industry standards, collaborating with team members, and providing expertise in the textile industry. The specialist may also work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and maintain product quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Textile Industry and a strong understanding of textiles and fabric properties
• Knowledge of Quality Control methods and standards in textile production
• Proficiency in Embroidery and related techniques
• Sales skills with the ability to collaborate with clients and stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Technology, or a related field
• Familiarity with sustainable textile practices is a plus
