Job Title: Textile Brach Manager

Location: Thiruvanmiyur, Karapakkam - Chennai

Timing: 10am to 10pm

Industry: Textile showroom

Strictly needed someone with Textile Background | Other retail background preferred

The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the textile showroom, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, managing staff, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the textile showroom.
• Ensure the showroom is clean, well-organized, and meets visual merchandising standards, Showroom presentation.
• Drive sales and meet monthly showroom targets.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and handle escalated customer concerns.
• Manage, train, and motivate showroom staff to achieve performance goals.
• Monitor daily sales, customer footfall, and conversion rates.
• Prepare regular reports for management including sales performance, inventory, and staff updates.
• Implement promotional activities, offers, and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Textile Technology, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in textile/garments showroom management or retail store supervision.
• Strong knowledge of textile products, fabrics, and retail sales techniques.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and solve operational issues.
• Leadership & People Management, Sales & Customer Focus.
