Textile Designer

The textile designer role involves creating patterns, textures, and colors for fabrics used in fashion, home furnishings, and other products. This is accomplished through the use of computer-aided design (CAD) software as well as traditional techniques. As a textile designer, your responsibilities will include researching trends, developing design concepts, selecting materials, preparing specifications, and collaborating with manufacturers and other designers.
