Testing/R&D Engineers Trainee -BE EEE -Male

Testing Engineer.

Required Qualifications : Diploma / BE / EEE Male only.

Experience : Freshers / Minimum one year experience in testing power electronics products.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, fluency in kannada.

Requirements

Must be well versed with power electronics basics including inverter, convertor, transformers, SMPS

topology etc.

Must be well versed with using oscilloscope and power measuring instruments.

Should be well versed with drawings, technical documents and circuits.

Ability to work in highly time sensitive environment

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple demands simultaneously.

Serious and responsible personilty with thorough understanding of risk factors of

deviations and non-compliance.

Other requirements

Excellent vision including the ability to distinguish between colors and varying shades of color.

Ability to read screen-printing symbols and component values.

Able to read and write in English and be able to comprehend technical data.

Must be able to stand and perform stationary work for the majority of the shift.

May be required to lift 20-30 kgs periodically.

Must be able to work independently and safely at all times.

Must maintain confidentiality of all company and customer information.

Good knowledge of color codes for resistors and capacitors, IGBTs etc.

Documentation as per ISO 9001-2015.

Brief Job profile

Conducts visual inspection, routine tests, parameters, measurement tests as per the testing proceedures -

confirming to specification, communicating NC and required adjustments to production.

Heatrun, document test reports and keenly observing critical and sensitive parameters, temperature rise,

audible observation for any abnormality.

Final QA test of final tested product before despatch by witness testing confirming to every parameters,

specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests.

Should be willing to attend escalated service calls onsite.

Ability to train new engineers.

Ability to analyse and guide field service engineers over phone.

Root cause analysis of the service issues, document the same for weekly analysis and actively involve in

corrective and preventive action.

R&D to production interface

Build prototypes using documents from R&D,

Interact with R&D while prototype evaluation, co-ordinate to get the document modified as per evaluation

and standardise the drawings and documents to regularise for production.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
