Job Description Testing SME We are seeking a Testing Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep expertise in end-to-end testing of Salesforce , Microsoft Dynamics 365 (MSD365) , and ServiceNow platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in test automation (Selenium, Playwright, Tosca, UFT), test strategy , and delivery management . Involvement in presales solutioning , RFP responses , and Testing Center of Excellence (TCoE) initiatives is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities: Lead functional, integration, and regression testing across CRM and ITSM platforms. Design and implement automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines. Provide test strategy, estimation, and risk mitigation plans. Support presales with testing solutions and presentations. Ensure high-quality test delivery for medium to large-scale projects.
