About the Role:

Testing Manager (QA Manager)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of

  manual and automation testers

  , ensuring high performance and continuous improvement.
• Define and implement the overall

  testing strategy, frameworks, and best practices

  for projects.
• Plan and oversee all testing activities including

  functional, integration, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing (UAT)

  .
• Collaborate with

  development, DevOps, and product teams

  to align QA objectives with business goals.
• Manage

  test planning, resource allocation, scheduling, and reporting

  for multiple projects.
• Define and track

  quality metrics

  , identify risks, and ensure timely mitigation.
• Oversee

  test automation initiatives

  and drive continuous integration/testing in CI/CD pipelines.
• Evaluate and recommend

  QA tools, technologies, and processes

  to improve testing efficiency.
• Conduct

  reviews of test cases, test results, and defect reports

  , ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Foster a culture of

  quality, ownership, and accountability

  across the QA organization.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree

  in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

• 5–7+ years

  of experience in software testing and quality assurance, including at least

  3–5 years

  in a leadership or managerial role.
• Strong understanding of

  SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  test management tools

  (Jira, TestRail, Zephyr, HP ALM, etc.).
• Proficiency in

  manual and automation testing

  practices.
• Knowledge of

  automation tools and frameworks

  such as

  Selenium, Cypress, TestNG, JUnit, Appium, or Playwright.

• Familiarity with

  API testing tools

  (Postman, Rest Assured) and

  performance testing tools

  (JMeter, LoadRunner).
• Experience with

  CI/CD integration

  and tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
