• Handling of Tester Breakdown and preventive maintenance • Knowledge in KeysightI3070 ICT machine, programming, and card service
• Knowledge in Flash Programming.
• Strong knowledge in functional tester installation and maintenance • Exposure about PLC and MMI programming [Mitsubishi PLC added advantage]
• Knowledge in FPY and improvements.
• Handling skill in CRO, DMM, Power meter, and programmable power supply troubleshooting and service
• Knowledge in Zebra printer troubleshooting.
• Industrial PC troubleshootingknowledge
• Exposure in Spare parts maintenance
• Maintain MTTR and MTBF to meet at the target level.
• Hands-on experience in shift maintenance and people management
• Understanding of MES
• Exposure in Plant KPIsOEE/Scrap/FPY Improvements
• Knowledge in SAP is an added advantage.
