Testing Coordinator

As a Test Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive test plans and strategies that encompass both functional and non-functional testing. You will coordinate and oversee testing activities across multiple projects, ensuring defects are properly documented and addressed. Monitoring and reporting on testing progress, you will promptly identify and resolve any issues that may arise. It will be your duty to maintain accurate documentation of testing activities and results while communicating test outcomes and following up on necessary actions in close collaboration with cross-functional teams. Identifying potential risks in the testing process, you will develop mitigation plans and strive for process improvement by implementing best practices. In addition, you will design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for various application layers such as UI, API, and backend. Collaboration with development and QA teams will ensure the highest standards of software quality are met. You will execute automated test cases, analyze results, and report defects, conduct performance, regression, and functional testing to guarantee product reliability. Your role will involve working closely with development and other cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate testing activities, diagnose and troubleshoot software defects and issues through detailed analysis, and continuously enhance existing automation frameworks and processes. Furthermore, as a Test Coordinator, you will contribute to the design and documentation of testing processes and procedures, integrate automated testing in the development lifecycle using CI/CD pipelines, and maintain technical documentation related to automated test procedures and results. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with developers, business departments, and other team members.
