Responsibilities Coordinate with internal teams such as developers, engineers, QA and operations Benchmark and Technical evaluation of competitor products pump motors Support in internal and customer awareness program for product technical demonstrations Support in creation and maintenance of product documentation Define success criteria for testing and product acceptance of pump motor Support in roadmap for development and testing plan for motor and controller Lead new motor-pump development for pumping applications through vendors Design evaluation of various motors and pump Experience Experienced in Product Development role (1-5 Yrs) Experience in team building, internal coordination and leadership Time Management skills Root Cause Analysis and Problem Solving Skills First hand experience in testing of controller, motor and pumps as as per MNRE guidelines
