Job Description

As a Testing and Customer Support Specialist, your role will involve providing proactive support to customers, resolving product-related issues, and ensuring software quality through testing. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the initial point of contact for customer inquiries through email, chat, and phone. - Address and resolve user issues promptly and professionally. - Escalate complex issues to the development teams and ensure timely resolution. - Share feedback with the development team based on customer interactions and recurring pain points. - Conduct manual tests on new features and bug fixes. - Document and track bugs in collaboration with QA and development teams. - Collaborate closely with developers to understand requirements and create test cases. - Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and release verification. - Propose enhancements to user experience and interface based on testing and customer feedback. Qualifications Required: - Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail. - Strong multitasking and time management skills. - Proficiency in English, Tamil, and Hindi is a plus.,
