Job Overview This mid-level position for an Electrical Commissioning Engineer is based in major Indian cities including Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, and Pune. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 10 years of relevant work experience and a focus on electrical testing and commissioning. The role is essential in ensuring the successful implementation and functionality of electrical systems in various mission-critical projects within the construction industry. Qualifications and Skills Minimum 4 to 10 years of experience in electrical testing and commissioning in the construction sector. Expertise in MEP processes and systems relevant to engineering projects. In-depth knowledge of DG systems and proficiency in their implementation. Experience with ELV switchgear systems and their application in critical projects. Proficiency in working with HT - HV MV Switchgear systems and ensuring their reliability. Experience in UPS testing and commissioning to guarantee equipment functionality. Familiarity with transformer systems, including their maintenance and commissioning. Must demonstrate skills in electrical testing and commissioning (Mandatory skill). Roles and Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive electrical system testing and commissioning to ensure compliance with project specifications. Collaborate with project teams across different phases, from planning to execution, to optimize project outcomes. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical system issues, providing prompt and effective solutions. Prepare detailed commissioning reports and documentation for internal and client review. Ensure high safety standards are maintained during the commissioning processes. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure all electrical commissioning activities are aligned with project timelines. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their requirements and ensure project satisfaction.
