Tester II - Software Testing

You will be responsible for performing tests in strict compliance with minimal instructions to ensure that new or revised components or systems meet expectations. Your key responsibilities will include constructing systematic test cases based on customer user stories or requirements, executing test cases, documenting test results and reporting defects. You will need to ensure standards are met, including usability, performance, reliability, and compatibility. Your main outcomes will be timely completion of tasks, thorough coverage of requirements/user stories through test cases/scripts, development and execution of test scenarios, identification and creation of test cases and test data, smoke testing for system readiness, defect identification and tracking, and retesting as necessary. Additionally, you will participate in requirements management, seek clarification, review and understand domain relevance, estimate time/effort/resource dependence for your work, and manage knowledge through consumption and contribution. You should have 2-5 years of experience in functional Manual and Automation testing, with expertise in automating desktop-based applications, Specflow, Selenium, C# programming language, Bitbucket, finance domain, IDE (Rider or Visual Studio), Agile methodology, JIRA, Git, and Bitbucket. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to learn new tools and technologies, communicate effectively, collaborate as a team player, and discuss proposed solutions with customers. Knowledge of Specflow is also required. Your skills should include Selenium, Automation Testing, Manual Testing, and C# .Net.
