Key Responsibilities

Perform end-to-end testing of
MS Dynamics CRM modules
, ensuring functionality meets business requirements.
Test
Card Management Systems (CMS)
including issuing, acquiring, EMV, and payment processing workflows.
Prepare and execute
test cases, test scripts, and test data
based on functional specifications.
Conduct
functional, integration, system, and regression testing
for CRM and card payment platforms.
Validate
API integrations
between CRM and external payment/card systems.
Identify, document, and track defects in defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps).
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and other QA team members to ensure quality deliverables.
Perform
UAT support
and defect triage during release cycles.

Required Skills

Strong experience in
CRM Testing
with
MS Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365
.
Good understanding of
Card Management Systems
(credit/debit card issuance, processing, EMV, card lifecycle).
Hands-on experience in
BFSI / Payment domain testing
.
Knowledge of
functional, integration, and regression testing
methodologies.
Experience in
API testing
(Postman, SoapUI).
Strong skills in
test case creation and execution
.
Defect management using
JIRA / Azure DevOps
.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
