Job Description


  • Person should be having experience in WSO2

  • Project & Delivery Management:

  • Plan, execute, and deliver projects while ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and budgets.

  • Define and track project milestones, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Ensure resource allocation, risk management, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Coordinate between development, QA, and business teams to maintain smooth workflow.

  • Drive Agile, Scrum, or other delivery methodologies as per project requirements.

  • Stakeholder Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients/customers, ensuring expectations are met.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, developers, and leadership.

  • Maintain transparent communication on project status, risks, and dependencies.

  • Team Leadership & People Management:

  • Lead and mentor a team of project managers, engineers, and analysts to ensure high performance.

  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.

  • Conduct performance evaluations, identify training needs, and support career growth.

  • Process Improvement & Quality Assurance:

  • Continuously assess and improve delivery processes, adopting best practices and automation.

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies.

  • Implement monitoring and reporting mechanisms to track project health and team productivity.

  • Risk & Issue Management:

  • Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks proactively.

  • Develop contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges.

  • Escalate critical issues to senior management when necessary.
