Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated Graduate Trainee Engineers to join our team as Test Professionals. This role provides an excellent opportunity for fresh engineering graduates to gain hands-on experience in product testing, quality assurance, and validation processes while working with cutting-edge technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning, preparing, and executing test cases for products and systems.
Conduct functional, integration, and performance testing under supervision.
Document test results accurately and report defects/issues to the concerned team.
Support root cause analysis of failures and work with engineers to ensure resolution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality.
Maintain test records and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
Learn and apply industry-standard testing tools, processes, and methodologies.

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate in
Engineering (B.E/B.Tech ECE/EEE/CSE/IT/Mechanical)
or equivalent.
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience can apply.
Strong fundamentals in engineering concepts and analytical skills.
Good understanding of software/hardware testing concepts is an advantage.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
