About the Role:

Test Prep Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and manage test preparation courses (IELTS, GRE, GMAT, TOEFL, SAT).
• Generate new leads through outreach activities, events, and networking.
• Counsel students on exam preparation and course offerings.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly enrollment and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with faculty and academic teams to ensure smooth delivery of classes.
• Maintain proper follow-ups with prospective students and convert inquiries into admissions.
• Provide support to students regarding exam registration and preparation resources.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in education sales, test prep coordination, or student counseling.
• Strong knowledge of international exams (IELTS, GRE, GMAT, TOEFL, SAT).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills.
• Ability to achieve targets and work under pressure.

Career Advisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students on study abroad opportunities in the UK, USA, Australia, Germany, and Ireland.
• Understand student profiles, career aspirations, and academic backgrounds to recommend suitable universities/programs.
• Guide students through the entire application process (course selection, documentation, SOPs, visa process, etc.).
• Conduct information sessions, seminars, and workshops to promote overseas education.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and institutions.
• Achieve enrollment and counseling targets set by management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Counseling, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in overseas education counseling.
• In-depth knowledge of admission requirements and application processes for UK, USA, Australia, Germany, and Ireland.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple student cases and deliver results.
