Test Manager

You are an experienced and skilled Test Lead/Manager sought to lead the QA team specializing in the banking domain. Your primary responsibility will be to establish best practices, formulate testing strategies, and drive automation efforts to maintain the quality and stability of banking applications. Your proactive approach, coupled with a comprehensive understanding of manual and automated testing, will be crucial in guiding and mentoring a team of testers in a dynamic work environment. Your key responsibilities will include conducting software testing with a strong emphasis on automation within the banking/financial services sector. Your expertise in developing automation frameworks and scripting will play a pivotal role in streamlining testing processes. As a leader, you will be tasked with mentoring and developing a team of testers, nurturing a culture of quality and continual improvement. You will be responsible for defining and executing test strategies, test plans, and test cases based on business requirements and technical specifications. By developing and maintaining robust automation frameworks, you will enhance efficiency, ensure comprehensive test coverage, and simplify test processes. Your proficiency in the banking domain will be essential in providing guidance on compliance, security, and industry best practices. In addition, you will oversee defect reporting and tracking, ensuring clear communication and resolution. The ideal candidate for this role should possess over 10 years of experience in the field, with an immediate to 60 days notice period preferred. The job location is in Nagpur, Maharashtra, and requires on-site work.
