Test Manager Commercial & Operations

You will be responsible for managing testing related activities for a Business Unit/Platform as a Test Manager with 12+ years of experience. Your role will involve end-to-end test management activities with a team of 25+ quality service specialists. This includes creating roadmaps, allocating tasks to team members, and managing test execution delivery based on schedule or SLAs. You will be the first point of contact to plan and manage test execution, ensuring timely delivery, monitoring daily operations, creating execution reports, and regularly communicating with stakeholders. Additionally, you will maintain QA metrics, implement innovations and processes, and monitor improvements. Your role will also involve regular communication with stakeholders and vendors to understand test progress outcomes and improvement areas.
