Test Lead

Role Overview: You will be joining Wipro Limited as an SDET-Java with 8 to 11 years of experience. Your main responsibilities will include software test automation utilizing Java/J2EE, hands-on coding with Selenium WebDriver, BDD, and JavaScript, API automation using RestAssured or Selenium, and continuous test automation using tools like Maven, GitHub, Jenkins, and TestNG. You will also be involved in enabling in-sprint automation and Automation Life Cycle activities. Key Responsibilities: - Possess 8 to 10 years of experience in software test automation using Java/J2EE - Strong understanding of OOP concepts, design patterns, and various programming techniques - Minimum of 3 years of automation experience, with over 5 years of overall experience - Hands-on coding skills with Selenium WebDriver, BDD, and JavaScript - Experience in framework development - Proficiency in API automation using RestAssured or Selenium - Familiarity with CI/CD practices using Maven, GitHub, Jenkins, and TestNG - Experience in continuous test automation with Jenkins or Azure DevOps - Enable in-sprint automation - Familiarity with Automation Life Cycle activities and strong communication skills Qualifications Required: - Knowledge of AWS, Kubernetes, Ansible/Chef, Docker, MongoDB, JavaScript, Spring Boot, Nexus/JFrog, etc., is a plus - Familiarity with code quality tools such as Sonar, Jacoco, and SeaLights - Exposure to AI/ML concepts and their applicability to testing - Experience with non-functional testing, including performance testing, accessibility testing, and visual testing - Familiarity with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices Join Wipro and be part of the reinvention journey where you can shape your career and skills in a purpose-driven environment.
