Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Test Lead with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Informatica Testing Unix ETL Validation Python Database and SQL. Experience in the Cards & Payments domain is a plus. The role involves working in a hybrid model with day shifts and no travel requirements. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our data systems.

Responsibilities

Lead the testing efforts for ETL processes ensuring data accuracy and integrity across systems.

Oversee the development and execution of test plans and test cases for Informatica Testing.

Provide expertise in Unix scripting to automate and streamline testing processes.

Conduct thorough ETL validation to ensure data transformations meet business requirements.

Utilize Python for developing automated test scripts to enhance testing efficiency.

Collaborate with database administrators to ensure optimal performance and reliability of data systems.

Execute SQL queries to validate data and ensure consistency across databases.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve data quality issues and implement improvements.

Monitor and report on testing progress identifying potential risks and mitigation strategies.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing methodologies.

Drive continuous improvement in testing processes to enhance overall system quality.

Support the team in understanding the Cards & Payments domain to align testing efforts with business needs.

Contribute to the companys mission by ensuring high-quality data systems that support business operations. Qualifications

Possess strong technical skills in Informatica Testing Unix ETL Validation Python Database and SQL.

Demonstrate experience in developing and executing comprehensive test plans and cases.

Exhibit proficiency in Unix scripting for test automation and process optimization.

Show expertise in ETL validation to ensure data transformations align with business objectives.

Have experience in using Python for developing automated test scripts.

Display strong SQL skills for data validation and consistency checks.

Experience in the Cards & Payments domain is highly desirable.

Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model with day shifts.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve data quality issues.

Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
