Full Time
Performance Tester with experience range of 5 8 years. Collaborate with the project team to understand performance requirements and assist in defining Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs). Hands on experience in LoadRunner (preferred) and JMeter. Experience in using monitoring tools like Application Insights (preferred) or AppD or Dynatrace. Assist in Test Planning, Test Estimation, and Test Strategy development. Assist in Workload Design, Test Case Design, Test Environment Setup, Test Data Setup, and Defect Management. Good understanding of Cloud Architecture, particularly on Azure. Measure performance benchmarks and ensure that the overall solution aligns with defined NFRs. Contribute to defining processes and methodologies for performance testing. Good programming skills in Python to support creation of tools or solutions. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, demonstrating strong written and verbal communication skills. Adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment. Collaborate with cross-cultural and cross-border teams, respecting cultural differences. Able to support small to medium-sized projects and track relevant performance indicators and metrics.
