QualityKiosk Technologies is hiring Test Lead - Automation (Katalon) for a leading client in Philippines !

Profile Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Test Lead to manage automation testing projects across mobile, web, and API applications. The candidate will be responsible for hands-on test automation, team leadership, stakeholder management, and ensuring high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead QA efforts for mobile (Android), web, and API automation testing.
Implement and maintain test automation frameworks using Katalon and Appium.
Contribute to test automation scripts in Java and scripting languages.
Work with Robo Framework for automation coverage.
Ensure effective usage of Git for version control and maintain repository hygiene.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
Drive test planning, execution, and reporting.
Manage and mentor testing teams, ensuring best practices in test strategy and execution.
Engage with stakeholders and provide clear updates on test progress and quality status.

Required Skill Set

7+ years of overall IT/testing experience.
Strong experience in Katalon Studio (Web & Mobile), Appium (Android), and Robo Framework.
Proficiency in Core Java coding and scripting.
Working knowledge of Git.
Strong people management and stakeholder management skills.
Hands-on experience with Agile methodology.
