Have 5+ years of QA experience, ideally in a digital agency or other multi-project environment
Are highly skilled in manual testing for customer-facing web and mobile applications Have experience testing responsive designs and cross-browser/device compatibility Know how to work in a team setup using scrum methodologies Can perform exploratory testing with a user-first mindset without formal test cases Are comfortable testing APIs and validating data flows Have experience with multiple CMS and are not afraid to dive into new ones Communicate clearly, documenting issues in a way that's easy for developers to reproduce and fix
