Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Test Environment Operations Engineer to join our team at SWITS DIGITAL Private Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing and quality assurance, with excellent problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Design, develop, and implement automated testing scripts to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
Develop and maintain test automation frameworks and tools to improve testing efficiency.
Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software testing.
Participate in agile development methodologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and tools.
Experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, or similar technologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with distributed teams.
Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git.
